While I was gone there have been massive changes to the way sailors - everyone - has for gathering news and entertainment. In recognition of this The Coastal Passage will change as well. This is the beginning of a new format. News, views and entertainment that comes without the disinformation and exploitation of social media.

Meanwhile.... This old web site will be tided up from time to time and material will be added here, ad hoc. There will soon be a link at the end of this bit for more stories from the voyages of BareBones and our return home as well as features that may challege or enlighten. And some that may astound.
